What is Primitivkollektiv?

Primitivkollektiv is a platform for collective storytelling, offerings, practices and community engagement. The project is led by Siobhán O'Callaghan who is a designer, permaculture practictioner and wildcraft enthusiast, based in Berlin, Germany. Primitivkollektiv aims to weave past and present wisdom so that we can cultivate care and connection to Nature, to one another. By initating focused explorations, we seek to guide us step my step towards this place and being. We want to support people to experience, share and learn how to live in connection with Nature, to understand what it means to be good ancestors for future generations. All participants have the opportunity to participate, share and explore deeply together, depending on how they choose to input. Simply sign up or join a circle to connect!

What is the Community Forum?

The community forum is a sharing platform for personal stories and experiences. We encourage you to join following the participation in our practices. It also serves as a discussion board to talk about topics linked to the platform. By signing up, members can connect directly with contributors and participants in the dedicated exploration channels. How can I apply as a contributor?

The core aim of Primitivkollektiv is to communicate and share ancestral wisdom or skills that inspires and connects others to care, love and respect Nature. This should carry with it a practical element that can be experienced in some way by the community. If you would like to share your vision, traditional craft, skills or knowledge, please use the contact form to get in touch with Siobhán, including a short description about yourself and your ideas. Do you still hold workshops & events?

Primitivkollektiv began in the summer of 2019 as a series of workshops and you can expect more hands on experiences in the future! Right now we are focusing on building our community online which will branch out into local offline offerings when the timing feels right. Sign up for the Primitivkollektiv Circle meet ups where we plan to regularly to discuss explore through storytelling and skill-sharing. Feel free to reach out if you would like to book a private workshop for a team building or other occassion. Our Nature-based workshops can be offered in accordance to your location and needs. Below are some impressions of our wildcrafted 'Healing Cloth' workshop, where participants learn the medicinal uses of local plants, before infusing them into cloth using traditional natural dye methods.

How can I join Primitivkollektiv?
